Sizing & fit

How does Zykaz fit?
True to size, graded on Indian proportions. Every piece is sized XS to 2XL. If you’re between sizes, take the larger one for the relaxed silhouettes (slip dresses, wide-leg trousers) and the smaller for the structured ones (corsets, fitted shirts).

What if my piece doesn’t fit?
Exchanges can be requested within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. See our refund policy for full terms.

Fabric & care

What are your fabrics?
Cotton, silk, linen, flatknits, modal and ECOVERO™ viscose. What we never use is polyester, nylon or acrylic — not in the cloth, not in a lining, not in the thread. Modal and ECOVERO™ are cellulosic fibres spun from wood pulp; we name them plainly rather than calling everything natural.

How do I care for my pieces?
Gentle machine wash, cold. Hang to dry in shade. Iron on low. See the full care guide for fabric-specific notes.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
Across India with free, fast shipping. Worldwide calculated at checkout — most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

How long until my order ships?
1–3 days across India.

Returns & exchanges

What’s your return policy?
15 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Full details in our refund policy.

How am I refunded?
Approved returns are issued as a credit note valid for 12 months, redeemable against any order on zykaz.com. If your piece arrived damaged, defective or wrong, you can choose a replacement or a refund to your original payment method — and we cover the return pickup.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Write to hello@zykaz.com and we’ll refund you to your original payment method.

Sustainability

Why no synthetics?
Polyester, nylon, and acrylic are plastic. They suffocate the skin, shed microplastic with every wash, and never biodegrade. Read more here.

What about packaging?
FSC-certified kraft mailers, recycled tissue, no plastic. Garment bags are organic cotton, reusable.
