Where we ship
We ship across India, dispatched from our facility in Hyderabad.
Shipping charges
- Prepaid orders — free shipping, no minimum order value.
- Cash on Delivery — a ₹150 handling fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are — metro addresses are typically at the faster end. Enter your pincode on any product page for an estimated delivery date for that address.
Orders placed during sale periods and festival weeks can take longer to dispatch. The current estimate is always shown at checkout.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking through Delhivery. Carriers can take a day or two to register the first scan — if you see no movement 48 hours after dispatch, write to hello@zykaz.com and we will chase it for you.
If something goes wrong in transit
If a parcel is delayed well beyond its estimate, returned to us, or reported lost by the carrier, contact hello@zykaz.com. We raise the claim with the carrier and, once it is resolved, send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not have to deal with the courier yourself.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your address and phone number before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Taxes
All prices on zykaz.com are shown in Indian Rupees with GST included. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
