RETURNS (7-Day Return Policy)

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery (only for returnable products).

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  
• Returns are accepted only when all conditions of our return policy are met.
  
• Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  
• International orders are not eligible for returns.
  
• Items purchased during sale, discounts, or special offers are non-returnable.
  
• Please provide an unboxing video in case of a wrong or missing item.
  
• Do not hand over the product without receiving an official pickup slip or SMS confirmation.
  
• Do not accept the shipment if the package is tampered.
  

If the return pickup location is not serviceable, customers will be required to self-ship the product.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment once the product passes quality checks.

EXCHANGE

• One-time exchange is allowed for eligible products.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  
• Items such as jewellery, socks, innerwear, masks, and products discounted 50% or more are not eligible for exchange.
  
• For size exchange, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned product passes quality checks.
