Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns – 7 Days
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
An exchange can be requested within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

The item must be in the same, unused condition with original tags

Size exchanges are allowed based on stock availability

Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

A fee of ₹100 applies if exchanging for a different product

If you received a wrong or damaged item, the exchange fee is waived

Exchange will begin after the returned product reaches us and passes quality check
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit equivalent to the original order amount.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, shipped, or delivered.
