Where we ship

We ship across India and worldwide. Domestic orders go out from our warehouse; international shipments transit via our partner carriers.

Free shipping

Every order ships free — no minimum.

How fast?

We currently offer fast shipping in 1–3 days across India. International orders take 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Carriers sometimes take a day or two to update — if you haven’t seen movement after 48 hours, write to us at contact@zykaz.com.

Lost in transit

Every order is insured. If a package is held in customs, lost, or returned for any reason, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Email contact@zykaz.com and we’ll take it from there.

Customs and duties (international orders)

Prices on our site are in INR with all Indian taxes included. International customers may owe import duties at delivery, set by your country’s customs office and payable on receipt. We can’t predict or absorb these fees.

Delays

Peak seasons, weather events, or unusual customs activity can push delivery beyond our quoted windows. If your order is taking longer than expected, write to contact@zykaz.com and we’ll chase it.
